The Factory default user code is 4321. However, this may have been changed by you alarm installer.
If you do not know the user code for the system you will need to contact your alarm installer to re-program the system.
The mains power may be switched off. If the mains power is on, then the battery may need replacing. You will need to contact your alarm installer to replace the battery.
There is a 24 hour tamper fault on the system that could be linked to the external sounder, panel lid tamper, global zone tamper and/or the keypad tamper. You will need to contact your alarm installer to inspect the system.
Yes a regular service will ensure the alarm is working and operating correctly.
